• Go to DMV Office
• Fill up the required form
  • Form : 735-173Driver License Application
  • Answer yes to the medical questions
  • Include Parent or legal guardian signature for below 18 years old.

• Submit the documents showing proof of
  • Full legal name
  • Legal presence
  • Social security number
• Pay the fees: Only cash or check is acceptable
• Pass the required tests
  • Safe driving practice knowledge test
  • Vision screening test

• Obtained a valid drivers license or none
• At least 16 years of age

Fees

With existing drivers license $ 87.00 

No existing drivers license $ 144.00
