Apply In Person

  1. To Request Execution of the Conception, Analysis, Project, or Feasibility Study for Space Missions INPE (CPRIME), the applicant has to approach the Nuclear and Energy Research Institute link
  2. Provide a detailed description of your project, including its objectives, scientific or technological aspects, and any specific requirements.
  3. Communicate the need for conception, analysis, project planning, or feasibility study services. Include any supporting information, such as previous research or technical documents related to your project, if available.
  4. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

  7. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  9. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further.
  12. Request a meeting with the relevant representatives at INPE or CPRIME to discuss your project in more detail. Alternatively, you can ask for a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, cost estimation, and deliverables for the requested services. This will help you align expectations and assess the feasibility of collaboration.
  13. If both parties agree to move forward, formalize the collaboration through a mutually agreed-upon agreement or contract. This will outline the roles, responsibilities, and financial arrangements for the execution of the project or feasibility study. Ensure that legal and ethical considerations are addressed appropriately.
  14. Work closely with the designated team at INPE or CPRIME to execute the conception, analysis, project, or feasibility study for your space mission. Provide necessary input, review progress, and maintain regular communication to ensure alignment with your objectives.

  16. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
