Apply In Person

  1. To Request Allocation of Computational Resources from the Northeast Strategic Technology Center, the applicant has to approach the Centro de Tecnologia Estratégica do Nordeste (CETENE) link
  2. Describe the specific computational resources you need, including the type of processing power, memory, storage, and any specialized software or tools required.
  3. Ensure that your project complies with any legal and regulatory considerations, and verify that you have the necessary authorization to access and use the computational resources.
  4. Indicate the expected timeline and duration for which you will need access to the computational resources.
  5. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  6. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  7. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  9. Submit all the documents with the completed letter to the concerned officer.
  10. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  12. Then the application will be processed further.
  13. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  14. CETENE will review your application and assess its suitability for the allocation of computational resources. If your request is approved, you will be granted access to the resources as agreed upon.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
