1. To Obtain Prior Authorization for Shipment of a SemiFinished Veterinary Product Or Controlled Substance intended for the Manufacture of a Veterinary Product, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
