Apply In Person

1. To Apply for National Program card for Integral Attention to Women's Health( Cartão do Programa Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher), the applicant has to approach the Local Health Care Facility or Ministério da Saúde (Ministry of Health) link
2. Based on the evaluation, a healthcare professional will develop a treatment plan that may include vision-related treatments, medications, or assistive devices.
