- To Apply for National AIDS Prevention and Control Program card( Cartão do Programa Nacional de Prevenção e Controle da Aids), the applicant has to approach the Ministério da Saúde (Ministry of Health) link
- If you are seeking HIV testing, visit the health clinic or specialized HIV/AIDS clinic. HIV testing is generally voluntary and confidential. Counseling services are often available to provide support and information related to HIV/AIDS.
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
