1. To Apply for Comprehensive Health Care Program Card for Population Deprived of Liberty (Cartão do Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde da População em Situação de Privação de Liberdade), the applicant has to approach the Local Health Care Facility or Ministério da Saúde (Ministry of Health) link
2. Based on the evaluation, a healthcare professional will develop a treatment plan that may include vision-related treatments, medications, or assistive devices.

10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
