Apply In Person

1. To Apply for Card from the Program for the Promotion of Rural Productive Activities ( Cartão do Programa de Fomento às Atividades Produtivas Rurais), the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
