Procedure

A post-paid number is a number in which service is provided by a prior arrangement with a particular service provider and the subscriber is billed for the service rendered every end month. E.g. Mobile phone post-paid number, the user in this situation is billed after the fact according to their use of mobile services at the end of each month.

Apply In Person:.

1. This service is offered by all mobile communication operators company in Botswana include the following; Mascom Wireless Botswana, Orange Botswana, and BTC Mobile Botswana, which are registered, licensed, and regulated by the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) Office. To register for the post-paid service, one is required to visit any preferable Mobile communication provider agent shops/ customer care outlets and other Points of Sale around the country; near you and present the supporting documentation as listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page for processing.
3. The applicant is issued a Post Paid registration form to complete, and the attachments should be submitted to the customer care section for processing.
