ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. You should contact Madirelo Training and Testing Centre (MTTC), or Labour Offices near you for more information on how to file the applicant.
  2. Application forms are issued and received from January 3 to March 31 yearly by the above offices.
  3. Filling in form and attach all the required documents (as listed below) for verification and processing.
  4. You will then be required to make an appointment with a medical practitioner for a medical exam at a government hospital or a private hospital.
  5. You will then be examined, and after the medical exam, the doctor fills out the MTTC Medical Certificate.
  6. You will then be required to submit the completed form to MTTC offices with three copies of the contract of apprenticeship and the application form of apprenticeship training.
  7. If the issuing authority is satisfied with all the information obtain during the assessment process you will be issued with the certificate in a month.

  • Two certified copies of Omang
  • Certificates showing prior learning (e.g. JC, BGCSE, etc.)

  • Any persons applying to be an apprentice must first undergo a medical examination by qualified medical officers.
  • This is due to the fact that many apprenticeship fields are physically demanding and the test determines whether the applicant is physically fit for the apprenticeship work
