Procedure

How to Apply:

1. You should contact the CAISSE National security social (CNSS) office near you for more information.
2. Write request letter addressed to the Head of Agency or to the Director General of the CNSS outlining reason for the request.
3. Submit the request letter with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and process.
4. if the authorized officer is satisfied that all the document submitted are authentic, your application will be approved within 2 working days.
5. You will be notified of the responses by the office and given further instruction.

• Receipt of payment of the attestation fees paid to one of the CNSS funds
• Identification document
• Any other document that the authority may request.
