Apply In-Person
- To Apply for a Medical Practitioners, License the Applicant shall submit an application along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the Required Documents Section of the Procedure with corresponding fees to the Health Professions Council.
- The Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Form Link
- Complete a Client Registration with a Customer Service Representative “CSR” if not already completed.
- Take a photo with a CSR (All persons renewing will need to take a new photo in the first year).
- Inform the CSR whether you are renewing for 1 or 3 years.
- Sign when the CSR asks.
- Pay the cashier and depending on your location, you will receive your driver’s licence or a receipt to return and collect as per “Turn Around Times” outlined below.
- Renewal fees must be paid by 31st December of the preceding year and no later than 31st January each year.

Persons must be registered medical practitioners.
FeesEdit
- BS$210.00 ($200.00 application fee, and $10 licence identification fee).
- BS$35 (replacement fee if lost).
ValidityEdit
The licence is valid for one year.
