Apply Online

1. An application form is available at the following Link
2. The Applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
3. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
4. The fee of this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
5. Government of Victoria will issue the certificate and notice the applicant via e-mail.

Eligibility

• Anyone who has proof of identity is eligible to request on their own.

Fees

• The fee of this procedure is $52.30.
• Legal certificate Express post: $10.00.
• Legal certificate International express: $54.10.

The information needed to be filled in the application form are listed below:

• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Name of the mother
• Name of the second parent (if applicable)
