Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Proof of Age Card, the applicant has to approach approved photo point agencies ask for the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation to mail. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Contact Link
2. The applicant has to get the form in Access Canberra Service Centre and fill-in all the details in the form.
3. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
4. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.
5. Submitting address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
6. The fee of this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Proof of age card processed within 10-25 business days.
8. Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation will issue the certificate and notice the applicant.

Eligibility

• If the applicant is older than 17 years, 11 months, they may apply for a Victorian Proof of Age card, but they cannot use it until they are 18 years old.

Fees

• The fee of this procedure is $10.
