New Licenses
- Food fish licenses are issued under limited entry qualifications.
- If you wish to apply for a license you will need to get in touch with the Marine Permit Office - Bureau of Marine Resources (contact info below).
Renewing your license
- If you possessed a food fish license in the previous year, you are eligible to obtain a license in the current year.
- A renewal form will be sent to you before your current license expires. If you haven't received your renewal form in the mail and your license will expire in at least 2 weeks, you will need to contact the Marine Permit Office (contact info below).

ValidityEdit
Food fishing licenses are valid until December 31 of each year. A person who possessed a food fish license in the previous year will be eligible to be issued a license in the current year.
