ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Report a Damaged Passport, the applicant has to approach the Australian Post or the Australian diplomatic or consular mission and collect the application form and apply as same way for a first-time passport. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Contact Link
  2. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  4. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.
  5. Submitting address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
  6. The fee of this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. Government of Australia will issue the certificate and notify the applicant via Email or SMS.
  8. Please contact Government of Australia for further details.
