EligibilityEdit
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- Female applicants ages between 13 and 17 and male applicants ages 14 and 17 can only be married with a waiver and permission from their parent or legal guardian.
- Non-residents under the age of 18 may not marry in New Hampshire.

Marriage license fee: between $45 and $60

The marriage license is valid for 90 days from the date of filing.

- Both parties must appear together at at the City or Town Clerk office.
- After the ceremony, your officiant must complete the license and return it to the town the license was applied after which you may obtain a copy of the marriage certificate by visiting the town clerk or city hall.
