- To Request for Organic Exemption for Beef, the applicant has to download the form from the given following Link
- The applicant has to fill-in the details in the form.
- Applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
- Mail the application to the address on the application.
- Mailing address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
- There is no charge for this procedure.
- Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents.
- The Board will just have 30 days to decide whether to accept the request of not to grant the exemption request.
- For further details to collect the request letter, the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board will intimate through call.

- The OFPA requires a copy of this company's organic farm or organic handling operation certificate and amendment given by a USDA-accredited certifying agent.
- Importers must include a copy of the eligible product's certificate or equivalence agreement, as defined by NOP.
(Boards that don't evaluate imports can skip the second statement.)

EligibilityEdit
- Maintains a valid organic certificate issued by an AMS accredited certifying agent and operates under an approved organic system plan recognised by the USDA-AMS organic standards (7 CFR Part 205)
- Under USDA organic rules, (produces/handles/imports/manufactures/feeds/exports/processes) items that are eligible to be designated "organic" or "100% organic."
- Is subject to evaluations as part of the research and promotion programme for which this exemption is claimed.
