  1. To Apply for Regional Center Designation Under the Immigrant Investor Program, the applicant has to approach the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Service link
    NOTE: To view the regional address, scroll down to the page. Enter the ZIP code and click the “Search” button.
  2. The applicant has to download the application form from the following link
  3. The applicant has to enter the necessary details in the application form.
  4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the office mail address.
  7. The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  8. The fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  9. Once the verification process gets done, the applicant gets the notification through mail.
  10. The applicant has to book an appointment to visit the office for interview and for biometric purpose, the officer will intimate the applicant for receiving the permit.
  11. The applicant has to visit the office on the date to get the permit and further details will be intimate by the officer.
  12. The processing time for this procedure within 5 days.

Applicants and designated regional centres must file an amendment request to:

  • Seek approval for any changes to the regional centre’s name, ownership, or organizational structure, or any changes to the regional centre’s administration that affect its oversight and reporting responsibilities, or to add or remove any of the regional centre’s principals, immediately following the changed circumstances, or
  • Change the geographic area of a regional centre.
    • For geographic area expansion requests, we must approve the form amendment before a petitioner may demonstrate eligibility at the time of filing their petition based on an investment in the expanded area.
