- To Apply for Inspection and Certification of Plants and Plant Products for Export, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) link
- The applicant has to download the form from the following link
- The Applicant has to fill in all necessary information in the application form. (Incomplete forms are not accepted)
- The applicant has to make sure to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to the mailing address of the plant health inspection service.
- The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
- The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- Once all the verification process is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through mail.
- The applicant has to get the permit by visiting the office or download the permit by email.
- The processing time for this procedure is up to 7 – 14 days.
