Procedure

The Labour department, the government of Maharashtra provides online facility to user for applying for Renewal of Certificate of Boilers & Economiser. User can read the instructions and fill the form. Online service is provided by the government to save time of the user. The portal is available in two languages English and Marathi, user can select any of the preferred language. However, the application form can be printed and applied in person along with the necessary documents.

Apply Online through aaplesarkar :

1. To Renew Certificate of Boilers and Economiser, the applicant can make the application via Aaplesarkar Portal by using the following link link
2. The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
3. Then the applicant has to click the “Department of Labour” menu and select “Renew Certificate of Boilers and Economiser” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
4. Next Select Registration – Form, fill out the online form, and submit.
5. The applicant will get the application Id and the application screen will be closed.
6. Open the application submitting application id and see the status of the application and the instruction given on the right side of the screen.
7. If Status is uploaded document, then click upload the documents on right side instructions.
8. By Clicking on the documents which want to upload browse will appear and upload all the required documents with the above same procedure.
9. Then Click upload document at the bottom and see the status again which will show for payment.
10. Click on pay the fees on the right-side button and choose the option of payment and make payment.
11. Check the status it will show "under scrutiny" which means your application is on the desk for scrutiny check the status regularly, either it is "approved” or "rejected”
12. If rejected check your mail and follow the instruction given in the mail and read the instructions.
13. If you see the status "completed” and the "Download certificate” on the right side of your screen Then you can download the Registration certificate or check the mail for permit.

Apply Online through labour Department:

1. Apply online through:Online portal
   
2. Fill the details of boiler / economiser in the online application form along with tentative inspection date.
   
3. Upload the requisite documents.
   
4. Pay the requisite fee online.
   
5. Application will be scrutinised and confirmation of visit is sent to applicant through email and sms.
   
6. Inspection and hydraulic test will be carried out.
   
7. After successful inspection, hydraulic test and approval of approving authority the certificate will be issued online and available for applicant to download the same.

9. For tracking the application, application id or inspection number will be required.
   
   

Apply Online through MAITRI:

1. The applicant needs to register on the website of Maharashtra Industry, Trade And Investment Facilitation Cell:Login
   
2. The applicant can log in using the credentials and fill the form as instructed.
   
3. The applicant can fill the online application form for “Boiler and Economiser Registration Inspection”
   
4. Submit the application.
   
5. Status of the application can be tracked by the user in “Track your Application” section. For tracking the application, application id or reference number will be required.
   
   

Apply in Person:

1. Applications can also be made in-person through the Labour Department (Government of Maharashtra) offices and sub-offices.

3. Please make sure you have all the documents (if any) that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
   
4. Fill the application form with the required information
   
5. After the authorities validate your application and the documents that are submitted they will allow to Renew Certificate of Boiler and Economiser.

Apply Through Mobile App

1. To Renew Money Lending License, the applicant can make the application via RTS Maharashtra app link
2. After installing the app, click on “Getting Started” and “select language” to start the application.
3. Then the applicant has to click the “Labour” menu and select “Renew Certificate of Boilers and Economiser” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
4. Next the applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
6. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Review the application and click “Submit”
8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be displayed. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
10. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The applicant can check the status of the application by clicking on “Track” menu by entering the department and application ID.
