Apply Online

  1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate online, the applicant has to use the following link
  2. The applicant has to “New User” for registration process.
  3. The applicant has to enter all the details in the form.
  4. Once registered, the applicant has to login in the portal for applying holding certificate.
  5. The applicant has to enter all the details in the form.
  6. The applicant should make sure to upload all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  7. After completing all the details, the applicant has to click the declaration check box.
  8. Review the application and click “Submit”.
  9. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  10. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing the license.
  11. For further details, the authority will contact the applicant.
  12. The processing time for this procedure is 15 days.
