Apply through Phone Call
- You can apply by calling "14567" which is a National Helpline for the Elders and they should be able to facilitate you to get a Senior Citizen Certifiate or Identity Card.
Apply Online through APDASCAC
- Please use the following link to access portal : APDASCAC
- Please fill in all the information and upload all the documents and click submit and follow the prompts to apply.
Apply In-Person
- To apply in-person you have to get in-touch with the Welfare for Differently Abled, Transgender & Sr. Citizen department who can help you. Please use the following link to get the contact info : Contact Info
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- Once the process is completed, the applicant will get SMS from the office for collecting the certificate.
- The applicant has to visit the centre to get the certificate.

- Proof of residence like Ration Card.
- Identity proof.
- Date of birth proof.
- Aadhaar card.
- Applicant has to bring original documents for verification and scanning at Sampark.
