Apply In-Person:

1. To renew license to Practice as a Veterinary Technologist, the applicant has to visit the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA) contact link
2. The applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.

4. The applicant should make sure to attach all the needed documents along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
