Apply In-Person:
- Application for obtaining nurse advance practitioner license or permit in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council contact link.
- Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form.
- Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the necessary documents for completing this procedure.
- Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Applicant should attach all needed documents (photocopies and originals if necessary) along with the application form before submitting it in the office.
- Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- If all these steps were followed properly by the applicant, the approval will be provided within 2 months.
- If there is no information regarding the availability of the approval either through SMS, E-mail or a phone call, then the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application after 2 months.

- Application form for obtaining nurse advance practitioner license or permit is available in the following link
- If applicant is a registered user, they can login directly using “E-mail Address” and “Password” and then clicking on “Login” tab.
- If applicant is a new user, they have to register first before logging in, by clicking on the “click here to register”.
- Applicant should enter all information that is requested in the application form of the following page.
- Applicant must upload digital copies of all documents that are requested in the application form.
- Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
- If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, this process will be done within 2 months.
- If there is no information regarding the availability of the approval either through SMS, E-mail or a phone call, then the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application after 2 months.
