ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. Application for exporting of green coffee is available in Tanzania Coffee Board contact link
  2. Applicants must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
  3. Applicants should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicants must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
  6. Fee for this procedure is approximately TZS 1,290,506.97/-.
  7. If all these steps were followed properly by the Applicants, the export document will be provided 4 days to 15 days.
  8. If there is no information regarding the document is provided within the mentioned time period, then, the Applicants can visit the office to know status of their application.

  • Any business owner or an Individual in Tanzania who is willing to export green coffee from Tanzania to any other country of the world is eligible.

  • The Fee for this procedure is approximate TZS 1,290,506.97/-.



ValidityEdit

  • This permit is valid until green coffee is exported from Tanzania.
