ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. Application for Obtaining Environmental Assessment Certificate (EIA) is available in National Environment Management Council contact link
  2. Applicant has to procure and enter all necessary details in the application form.
  3. Applicant must carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are required for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant has to attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid at the National Microfinance Bank (NMB) contact link
  7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the certificate will be provided within 41 days.
  8. Applicant will be notified regarding the availability of their certificate, then, they can visit the office to collect their permit after getting the notification.
  9. If there is no information regarding their certificate is provided, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
