Procedure

Apply online

1. To Apply to Combine Matric Results, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Login/Register” button.
3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Register” button.
4. Now the applicant has to login with the username and password and click “Login” button.
5. Tick the privacy and policy and click the “Next” button.
6. Enter the details and create a password and click the “Submit” button.
7. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
8. Enter all the details in the application form.
9. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
10. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
11. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
12. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
13. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
14. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
15. If the application is approved, the applicant will receive the Certification of a Combined National Senior Certificate (CNC), which will show the best subject results from his/her different exam sittings.
16. This entire process can be completed within 1 – 2 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

1. To Apply to Combine Matric Results, the applicant has to approach the Department of Basic Education link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.

9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
