ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply for Land Registration Certificate, the applicant must visit the nearest Deeds registrar office in South Africa Link
  2. The prescribed application form must be obtained from the authorities at the deed’s registrar office.
  3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. The filled application form and the required documents must be submitted to the officials at the deed’s registrar office.
  5. After receiving the application form request, the officials will verify the application request.
  6. Later, if all the details and documents submitted by the applicant are legitimate, then the Land registration certificate will be approved by the registrar in the deed’s office.
  7. After the approval, the applicant will be issued with the registration certificate.
  8. The complete fee details of the application are given below in the “Fees” section of this page.
  9. The processing time to get the land registration certificate will be intimated to the applicant after applying.
