Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Request for the Agricultural Products Marketing: Continuation of Statutory Measures in the South African Milk Industry, the applicant must go to the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) office in South Africa. Contact Link
2. The applicant must submit a written letter regarding the comments about the agricultural products marketing.
3. The written letter must be submitted within the time limit mentioned in the publication of the notice from the department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. All the necessary documents must be submitted to the respective officials in the National Agricultural Marketing Council office.

• Directly affected groups in the milk industry are eligible to file the request application to the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF).
