Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Request for Loan of Exhibits, the applicant has to make the application in the National Environment Agency e-service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to log in with their Singpass ID number and password.

   Note: If the applicant does not have an account, they can register by clicking on register for singpass, and read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and conditions, and click on register now, and in the next page the applicant has to enter their personal information and submit. Then they will be issued the Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. The service fee for 1 trip will be $150 during office hours and $225 after office hours.
7. After successful completion, the applicant is notified via email or SMS.

NOTE: Requests for exhibits must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

• The service fee for 1 trip will be $150 during office hours and $225 after office hours.

• The validity is for one time.

• An exhibition is an organized display of collections held by a library in its own gallery space. If an exhibition includes an object borrowed from another campus location or external institution, this is considered an incoming loan.
