1. To Apply for Inclusion in The Approved List of Class 1 Or Type 1 Integrating Sound Level Meters, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal link
2. The applicant has to complete the online application form given in the following link application form
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete forms are not accepted)
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application, click the declaration and submit the application form.
6. The minimum processing time of application is 7 working days.
7. The authority will review the application form, upon the successful completion the applicant needs to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.

Need for the Document

• All noise measurements carried out in the noise assessment shall be recorded using equivalent continuous noise levels (leq), which is in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the technical guidelines on boundary noise limits for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system in Non- industrial Buildings and technical guidelines for land traffic noise impact assessment.
