OthersEdit

Some of the uses of renewing the applicant’s trade mark in Scotland

  • EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: Renewing the applicant’s trademark allows he/she to continue enjoying exclusive rights to use the mark in connection with the registered goods or services. It prevents others from using similar marks that can cause confusion among consumers and protects your brand's reputation.
  • LEGAL PROTECTION: A renewed trademark provides the applicant with legal protection against unauthorized use or infringement by others. If someone infringes upon his/her trademark rights, he/she can take legal action to enforce his/her rights and seek remedies such as damages or injunctions.
