Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, the applicant has to make the application online via the link
  2. The applicant has to click “proceed” and “select loan type” and click “membership id Number”
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Review the application and click “submit”.
  6. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  7. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the particular circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
  8. Later the applicant will receive a notice of approval (NOA) AND Letter of Guaranty (LOG). The applicant will be advised where to conveniently claim your NOA and LOG.
  9. Complete the requirements Stated on the Notice of Approval within 90 calendar days. this includes among others the transfer of title and annotation of the mortgage.
  10. Upon submission of your post-approval requirements, the applicant will receive the proceeds of the loan within 10 working days.
  11. The applicant will notify how the loan proceeds released safely and conveniently.
  12. The applicant has to pay the IBIG housing loan exactly one month after its release date.

  1. To Apply for Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, the applicant has to approach the Pag-IBIG Fund office Link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. Or the applicant has to download the application form from the following link

  5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

  8. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.

  • Housing Loan Application with recent ID photo of borrower/co-borrower (if applicable)

  • One (1) valid ID (Photocopy, back-to-back) of Principal Borrower and Spouse, Co-Borrower and Spouse, Seller and Spouse and Developer’s Authorized Representative and Attorney-In-Fact, (if applicable)


FROM SELLER (and/or BORROWER)

  • Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) (latest title, Certified True Copy). For Condominium Unit, present the TCT of the land and Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) (Certified True Copy).
  • Updated Tax Declaration (House and Lot) and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (photocopy
  • Vicinity Map/Sketch Map leading to the Property subject of the loan

EligibilityEdit

  • Active member with least 24 months savings
  • Not more than 65 years old at the date of loan application and is not more than 70 years old at the date of loan maturity
  • Legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property
  • No Pag-IBIG housing loan foreclosed, cancelled, bought back, or voluntarily surrendered
  • If with an existing Pag-IBIG Housing account or Short-Term Loan (STL), payments must be updated.

  • The Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan allows you to borrow up to P6 million under very low rates and at the friendliest terms, to help you fulfil your dream of owning a home.
  • The loan is payable within three years or 36 months with the initial payment due on the 3rd month after the loan release. Members may also opt to pay their loans in two years or 24 months.
