Procedure

Following information provides you the steps that are involved in obtaining the system certification which is provided by the RSB-ISO.

1. First step with the application is to approach the RSB office where you can file an application for obtaining system certification.
2. You will be requested for paying the fees related to the certification.
3. After the payment of the fees, there will be 2 sets of audit visits, after which a report will be submitted to the client to inform if there should be any change in their process for improvement of standard.
4. If there were any corrective actions requested, it will be verified back to make sure whether the process have be modified to improve it.
5. After confirmation of improvement in the process that is being followed the board of committee decides on providing the certification and issues a certificate of conformity.
