  1. Prepare and scan the staff certificates who will be teaching at the training centre
  2. Write a request letter addressed to the director of the Maritime Transport Planning & Licensing Department under the Ministry of Communication and Transport (MOTC) requesting the approval
  3. Attach the application letter with the certificates in a single file and send it to the Maritime Transport Planning & Licensing Department through their email address: [email protected]
  4. Once the department receives your request, a specialized team will study the application and the certificates and experience of the staff who will work in the training centers in addition to the types and durations of the courses.
  5. Then the department will send a team of inspectors to examine the locations, facilities, study rooms, and workshops of the training centres to ensure they are equipped and they meet the ministries’ conditions
  6. Once it is determined that the centres have fulfilled the standard required conditions, the department will approve the application and issue a preliminary approval to you
