Procedure

Apply Online

1. Visit the Qatar Foundation (QF) website: [www.qf.org.qa Link]
2. Select your preferred language at the top of the web page, either Arabic or English
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate Media Centre while reading the over view of the foundation
4. At the bottom of the overview page, under “Qatar foundation” click on “Media Centre” to open a new page
5. In the QF Media Centre page, click on section 01. Media Request and choose “Gain permission for filming and photography at QF” to open a new webpage
6. Select you preferred language at the top corner of the webpage and click on “start now” to fill the online application form
7. Fill the online form accordingly; fill Your details and click on “Continue” to go the “Nature of request” page here chose your preferred language and type additional details of about the nature of your request and click on “continue” to be directed to the “Review” page then and review the data you have provided if is correct
8. You can opt to edit the information you have provided by clinking “Back” to the webpage you want to edit
9. If you are satisfied with the information you have provided in the review page, Click on “Submit” to send the application
10. You will receive an informatory notification acknowledging your request is being processed and you will receive a confirmation email within two working days grating permission to your request

Instructions

• You require special security access and coordination to be allowed filming inside Qatar Foundation Headquarters, Al Jazeera Children’s Channel and Qatar Science and Technology Park.
• Filming inside the university buildings, QSTP, and Al Jazeera Children’s Channel will require the requester to coordinate directly with the communication focal point in each location as well as the QF Press Office, with the final approval coming from the QF Press Office.
