Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain license expansion for fish farming projects, applicant has to visit the Fish Farming Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the fish farming department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, fish farming projects license will be expanded.

• Copy of fish farming project license.
• Farm ownership certificate or land lease contract.
• Authorization for the person completing the permit procedures.
• Photo of the site along with geographical maps and coordinates.
• Technical study for the categories (B/C).

• Project owners who have Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.

• A fee of QR500 applies.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the fish farming department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply license expansion for fish farming projects.
• In case the request is rejected, the competent employee informs the applicant of rejection via a phone call or an SMS.
