Apply Online

1. To inquire about establishment ban through online, visit the following link: online portal

   Note: This link is temporarily not working.

2. please login to MADLSA e-services portal.
3. Now please enter the Qatar ID card number, establishment ID number and mobile number  that were previously registered in the company’s details at the Ministry and click on “Enter” button.
4. After clicking enter button, the information will be displayed as results based on the search preferences you specified.
