Qatar - Authorize Person to Collect Blocked Vehicle

Procedure

Apply Online

1. Visit the Ministry of Interior (MOI) website: Link and then select E-services to login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
2. Once logged in click on “Traffic Services” option then select " Authorize to Collect Blocked Vehicle" option to open a list of blocked vehicles
3. Scroll the list of the block vehicle for a person or an establishment and select the vehicle once you’ve found it
4. Entre the Qatar Identification number of the person you wish to authorize and then submit
5. After submitting, you will receive a notification stating that your authorization is successful
   

NOTE: You can also apply for this service via the Metrash2 mobile application in play store or App store
