Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. For applying to approve representative, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Borders Passports and Expatriates at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the general directorate of borders passports and expatriates department in the Ministry of Interior(MOI) office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, authorize representatives will be approved.

Apply Online

1. To apply to approve representative through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. After visiting website, pleaseselect “E-services” then login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
3. After successful login, please click on "Smart Card Services" menu and then click on "Managing Smart Card Services" option.
4. In the ‘Services Representatives List’ page, please enter the details to modify current representative authorities or to delete him then click on applicable button.
5. In the next page, enter the necessary details of new representatives and click on “Next” button.
6. In the next page, please select the new representative authorities by checking the boxes in the services list in ‘select services’ and click on “Next” button.
7. In the next page, you can review your entered information.
8. After reviewing your information, click on "Conform" button to send your application.
9. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
10. After verification process, authorize representatives will be approved.

• Copy of commercial registration.
• Copy of representative Qatar ID card.
• To Whom It May Concern Certificate.
• Letter from the sponsor clarifying number and names of representatives alongside with a copy of their IDs.

• Establishment shall submit a request to the general directorate of borders passports and expatriates departmentat Ministry of Interior (MOI) to apply to approve representative.
