Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Request Refund (Death in Active Service, Without FOVISSSTE Mortgage Credit or with Liquidated Credit), the applicant has to approach the Housing Fund of the Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers, FOVISSSTE link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

11. FOVISSSTE will review the request and the provided documentation. Processing times may vary, so be patient during this stage.
12. Once the applicant request is processed, FOVISSSTE will notify them of their decision and provide further instructions on how to receive the refund if it is approved.
