Apply In Person

1. To Request for FOVISSSTE Mortgage Credit Liquidation (Permanent Total Disability or Invalidity of the Borrower), the applicant has to approach the Housing Fund of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers. link

12. If your request is approved, FOVISSSTE will proceed with the Mortgage Credit Liquidation process. This may involve the settlement of the outstanding credit balance based on the terms and conditions of the mortgage agreement.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.
