Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Request Death Pay or Help with Burial Expenses (The Social Security Institute for the Mexican Armed Forces (ISSFAM), the applicant has to approach the ISSFAM link

12. Depending on ISSFAM's procedures, they might receive a confirmation receipt or an estimated time frame for processing. Keep the receipt for the records and follow up if necessary.
13. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
