Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Registration the Agreement of the Assembly of Election or Removal of the Representative Bodies of the Ejido or Community, the applicant has to approach the Registro Agrario Nacional link

12. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
13. The authority will review the submitted documents and assess the compliance of the Constitutive Act with the applicable laws and regulations.
14. This may involve verifying the legal validity of the act, confirming the identity and rights of the participating ejidos or communities, and conducting any necessary evaluations or inspections.
15. Upon successful verification, the authority will proceed with the registration of the agreement of the assembly.
16. They will issue a registration certificate or document that serves as proof of the legal recognition of the election or removal of the representative bodies.
