Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Certificate on Reporting Damage in the Public or Private Property Resulting from Rain or Fire or any other Factors, the applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Public Security Department at MOI office.

3. Here the applicant will be issued with an application form to fill by the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Now submit the application form, required documents to the respective officer in the public security department office.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the processing of the certificate of occurrence of theft will commence.
9. The applicant will be later notified to collect the Damage report certificate after a period of three to five days.
