Apply In Person

  1. To Registration of Association or Sports Society to RENADE(National Registry of Physical Culture and Sports), the applicant has to approach the National Commission of Physical Culture and Sport. link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of 1,000 Mexican pesos.
  7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. Then the application will be processed further.
  10. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  11. RENADE will review your application and determine whether your association or sports society meets the requirements for registration. If approved, you will receive confirmation of your registration along with any additional instructions or requirements.
  12. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

EligibilityEdit

The applicant can register an association or sports society to RENADE (National Registry of Physical Culture and Sports) in Mexico if meets the following eligibility requirements:

  • The association or sports society must be legally constituted in Mexico.
  • The association or sports society must have a minimum of 50 members.
  • The association or sports society must have a clear and concise mission statement.
  • The association or sports society must have a plan for promoting physical culture and sports in Mexico.
  • The association or sports society must be willing to comply with the rules and regulations of RENADE.

  • The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of 1,000 Mexican pesos.

  • The registration is valid for 3 years.
