Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Registration of Additional Vehicles to the Permit or License to Provide the Federal Cargo Transportation Service, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Communications and Transportation link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

10. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
11. They may conduct inspections or request additional information during this process.
12. If your application is approved, the transportation authority will issue the permit or license for federal cargo transportation. This permit/license will specify the conditions, restrictions, and validity period for your operations.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
