Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To Modify Training Courses And or Or List of Instructors Before the STPS (Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare), the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. Ensure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
5. Clearly explain the reasons for the proposed modifications and how they align with the goals and objectives of the training program.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. If the STPS requires further information or requests modifications to your proposal, respond promptly and provide the requested details. Cooperate with the STPS to ensure that any concerns or requirements are addressed adequately.
10. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
11. Then the application will be processed further and all the updates on the application status will be notified through email or by SMS.
12. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant has to collect the certificate from the officer by visiting the office.
13. Once the modification request is approved, the applicant will receive confirmation from the STPS.
14. This may include formal notification, updated documentation, or any specific instructions related to implementing the modifications.
15. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
