Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Identity and Travel Documents for the First Time for Stateless Minors (Persons Without Nationality), the applicant has to approach the Instituto Nacional de Migración link
2. The applicant has to visit the office with the request letter.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

10. Then the application will be processed further.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a notification through email.
12. The applicant has to attend the interview and the biometric process.
13. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given y the officer.
14. This entire process can be completed within 7 – 14 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
